So howdy, welcome to the KNUCKLE SANDWICH film progress report of November.

(last progress report can be read here)

FOR CONTEXT: This is a sequel to my last film, Riddle Sandwich.

SO: Where we last went off was me finishing parts 1 & 2, which were mainly conversation scenes. The other two I needed two finish were of a fight scene and the epilogue.

Here's how current progress is going.

The black lines are the beginning of each new part. Pink is unfinished assets. Cyan is finished assets.

Still a long way to go.

i'm very tired.

BUT YEAH!

The fight scene is going well, here's some bits and bobs from that.

a friend told me, CONFIDED TO ME, that The Hunter antagonist counted to them as a tumblr sexyman. My ego is bruised. I mean it's an honor but still, psychic damage.

OKAY IMPORTANT STUFF! VOICE ACTING!

Currently, Rankenbass, Skunk, The Hunter, and the mustached cop guy in the last update have been fully voice acted. Thank you PJ, Marcy, Graven, and Remix for voice acting. I'm kind of ASS at voice direction and I really appreciate how patient the voice actors were with me as I attempted to lead them in seeing my vision. It's a hard skill to learn. I barely even gave them direction on the last film and they did so well.

Dusa's voice actor, my lovely partner, will be voice acting them soon.

ANOTHER THING, I rewrote the epilogue.

After the big fight, I have a little winding down scene and I frankly didn't like it. The storyboards were a bit shit and the writing was a mess. I didn't make many changed but it's a lot better now.

NEXT IS COLLABORATION.

I've partnered with an old college mate to help me with some of the assets of the film. I've been hesitant to do so for so long so wish me luck. I hope it goes well.

annnnnnnd yeah! I think that's it. If I forgot something, it'll be in the next status report. I really wanted this film out by December 12th but there's no fucking way it'll be done in that time. I currently have been slightly promoted in my job, meaning more training and hours to do BUT even if I had more time, I still wouldn't hit the 12/12 deadline. Here's hope to hit the March deadline. Hopefully.
